March madness

Post by jZip » Mon Mar 18, 2013 6:04 pm

Anyone interested in doing NCAA tourney brackets? I can easily start a yahoo league. How 'bout $10 a bracket? I will determine payout sched once we see how many are in.
If you're intersted please say so here and i will get it going.

i'm in
Taking Univ of Colorado, Colorado State, Albany, and Syracuse.
Actually wouldn't take Albany unless I get 22 points, even though I hate Duke.

okey dokey.

started up the league.
you have to have a yahoo acct, which i'd imagine y'all do.

you can have up to 3 brackets if you like, but each one will cost you $10.
scoring is the yahoo default (1-2-4-8-16-32).

i will accept payment in cash, check or as a gift via paypal (jzip71 at yahoo).
brackets must be submitted AND PAYMENT RECEIVED by 12:15pm EDT on Thursday, March 21.
i will not be lenient (learned my lesson). not gonna chase anyone down. no pay, no play.

let me know if you have any questions.

good luck.

looks like it's just you and savage so far. i haven't even done my bracket since i saw no interest. gonna do it now but it will be a rush job. *
i'd prefer you got me the cash before the tourney starts. you can paypal me (as a gift) from the comfort of your living room. if you are unable (i recognize some of your, uh, limitations) i will allow you to slide as i know you're good for it. and if you don't pay me, i'll just come and break a few more windows in your pole barn.

*edit: bracket done. can't say i'm too confident in it, but it's done. wish i coulda found a few more upsets to pick but just didn't see 'em.

On my other bracket I got my upsets backwards. So I'm 11 for 16 on that one but different ones wrong.

UAlbany only down 9 at the half. Doing OK except too many turnovers.
Missed Harvard over New Mex, had UNLV beating Cal and lost when Wichita beat Pitt.
Badgers need to beat Ole Miss, only 2 point game right now
