Not that I know of......... Greg has a hand wheel that could get you fairly accurate distances.

We are making temporary signage for Stonykill today. When we get the real signs in at Stonykill, we could probably send the temporary signs over to the whites on J. I was thinking it would also be cool to grab some river rocks from hole 5, and paint them white with black numbers to help indicate where the white tees are.

Thanks Travis. They're depicted on the long signs. Rocks might be a problem with the mowers. I was just curious because I'm trying to establish a spectrum of Discap course lengths/difficulties. I have a measuring wheel and a 300' tape. I'll record them one of these days.

I think greg has the distances on most of the whites we bricked a couple years ago...I depicted them on the tee signs ...maybe some have changed, but whatever the case we own (the club), a 200 foot rag tape donated by KRLandSurveying last year...we can remeasure all the existing whites

I have that tape. Greg also has a measuring wheel.

Where are the "Whites" located for 2, 4 & 22?
I reviewed the tee signs for their location but came up empty.
Is #4's the concrete slab near the Sycamores?

2 is to the left.. over by the metal barrel

4 is NOT the slab. There are bricks to the right at the beginning of the sycamore trees (might be tough to see with tall grass)

22 is like 20' or so in front of the blue tee.

2 tee sign is wrong for the whites. It needs to be corrected.

Thanks,
2 white is to the Left of the long tee? The tee sign shows it to the Right. Or.. The tee sign is oriented from the white tee's perspective?

I was given a tour of the new 9, all are designed for advanced players. Long and technical.
I was happy to see "white" tees in the plan.
Hope the pars are calculated correctly for less gifted players and not as just short holes for Pro players.

Question: are the "white" tees going to be constructed and marked (tee signs) to the same standard as the longer tees?

Thanks!
